- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During sales or promotional events, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited delivery options are available for faster shipping.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, with estimated delivery times ranging from 14–21 business days for standard shipping.
- Customs and import duties may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
Order Tracking
- All orders come with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you can use the tracking number to follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
